管道防腐涂漆

Pipeline anti-corrosion painting

1、管道安装后不易涂漆的部位应预先涂漆。

1. Parts that are not easy to be painted after pipeline installation shall be painted in advance.

2、涂漆前应清除被涂表面的铁锈、焊渣、毛刺、油、水等污物。

2. Oil, rust and other dirt on the surface shall be removed before painting.

3、涂漆施工必须有相应的防火措施。

3. Corresponding fire prevention measures must be taken for painting construction.

4、有色金属管、不锈钢管、镀锌钢管、镀锌铁皮和铝皮保护层，可不涂漆。但接头和破损处应涂漆。

4. Non ferrous metal pipe, stainless steel pipe, galvanized steel pipe, galvanized iron sheet and aluminum sheet protective layer may not be painted. However, joints and damaged parts shall be painted.

5、埋地管道或地沟内的管道，应先涂两道防锈漆，再涂两道沥青漆；工程内明敷的管道，应先涂两道防锈漆，再涂两道面漆。

5. Buried pipelines or pipelines in trenches shall be painted with two coats of antirust paint and then two coats of asphalt paint; The exposed pipes in the project shall be painted with two coats of antirust paint and then two coats of finish paint.

6、埋地铸铁管，应涂两道沥青漆，再涂一道面漆；工程内明敷的铸铁管，应先涂两道防锈漆，再涂一道面漆。

6. Buried cast iron pipes shall be painted with two coats of asphalt paint and one coat of finish paint; Cast iron pipes exposed in the project shall be painted with two layers of antirust paint and then one layer of finish paint.

7、涂层质量应符合下列规定：

（1）涂层应均匀，颜色应一致；

（2）涂膜应附着牢固，无剥落、皱纹、气泡、针孔等缺陷；

（3）涂层应完整，无损坏、流淌。
